Yes, our system will permit you to record conferences at no addition cost. The record feature is automatically included in your account. User instructions will show how to easily record a conference for later play back. Callers can call-in and listen to the recorded conference call. In addition, you can request that a conference call be extracted from the system and burned to a CD and postal mailed or FTP'd to you. The CD and FTP options are available at additional costs.
